For all JKJ fans who are tired of seeing this very talented actor being wasted in a one-track storyline as a Shelle prop . . .
Introducing phase two of the 'Give JKJ His OWN Storyline' Campaign - - a mass mailing to the various people constituting TPTB, listed below. This campaign phase is something we can make our own, and have fun with - use our creativity to put our personal stamp on things. And - it's something we can bulk mail - - we can send out as many as wish. (The more, the better.)
On the envelope, the addressee's name and address (no need for a return address - it's anonymous.) On the bottom, in some kind of attention-getting lettering and/or ink:
And the storyline goes to . . .
The recipient of the envelope opens it up, to see the following (or something similar - this is a template, a starting point):
- - - - - - -
- - - - - - - -
Use the above as a guide. You can copy and print, as is - or you can change the wording, the fonts, the colors, the point size, etc. Experiement with different stationary, send in varies styled/sizes of envelopes. You can add photos of Jay - - whatever you want to do. (I wasn't able to copy and paste, as it looked, to this thread, so I'd describe it a bit. I centered all lines, varied the point size - with JAY KENNETH JOHNSON being in huge print. I used different fonts fore each section - with Jay's name in a color other than black, to draw attention to it.)
In past Jay-related campaigns, items - such as hay - sent to NBC, SOD, SOW, etc., gained considerable attention for the 'cause'. Here, we have a mock Awards show presentation envelope, a takeoff on the envelopes Oscar and Emmy presenters hold in their hands, when reading off the nominees . . . 'And the award goes to' . . . Only, with this campaign, 'And the storyline goes to . . . '
I've already sent two (very different) sets out, to the people listed below:

Send as many as you want - more is better than few, but few is better than none. Vary them, redesign them, if you wish - have fun!
Remember, we need to show united, organized support for Jay - a grass roots effort. Working together will certainly strengthen our efforts above and beyond working independently.
Please check in with JKJ-NOW and JKJ-JP for updates.
Also, PLEASE feel free to post a link to this tread on any Days/Jay-related site. The more people who know, and help out, the better.
Thanks! Mail away!
